D Secondary Offset or TNR Compensation (Dn)

"Dn" can specify secondary offset or tool number for TNR compensation.

*Dn:*	With G40 or G41, the Dn is the tool that has the compensation
*Dn:*	Without G41 or G42, the Dn is the tool with secondary offsets
