The error 62 message is an indication that something went wrong while the control was trying to save the offsets. Your offsets have been lost, so you'll have to touch the tools off again, but first, you need to replace the offset file.
There is a line counter at the bottom of the edit screen so you can keep track of where you are in the file. Make sure your first pair of zeros is on line 1 and the last is on line 32.
Note: If you are DOS-conversant, you can download TCMPZERO, rename it TCMP and copy it to your C:\RUNFILES directory.
Once you've got the offsets zeroed, press Alt-X and save the file and exit the editor, then reboot. You'll have to touch your tools off again, since the offsets are zeroed out.
