The OmniTurn table-mounted shaft unloader is part of a comprehensive shaft, or long part, automation system.
Parts are automatically fed into the collet by Zip Loader, machined, then ejected onto the shaft-unloader, which transfers the finished parts to a conveyor to be carried out of the machine.
The Zip Loader can load and eject parts up 25 inches long, and the shaft-unloader catches these long parts and transfers them to the conveyor.
Shorter parts are also easily handled. Total unload/load time for a six-inch part is less than five seconds from eject finished part to next part in collet
